Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Eliminator is operated by WingIt Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the Eliminator app collects, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, your name (as provided by Sign in with Apple, Google, or the sign-up form), and the username you choose. We use these to create and secure your account and to show your username to other members of your leagues.
- Game data. Leagues you create or join, your weekly picks, and your elimination history. This is the product — it is shared with the other members of your leagues and with nobody else.
- Push notification tokens. If you allow notifications, we store a device push token so we can send pick-deadline reminders and results. You can turn this off in the app’s Profile tab at any time, which deletes the token from our servers.
What we do not do
- We do not run ads and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- We never collect or process money. Any stake in a league is handled by the league admin entirely outside the app.
Who processes data on our behalf
Our servers and database are hosted on Railway. Push notifications are delivered through Expo’s push service and Apple’s and Google’s notification systems. Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In are handled by Apple and Google respectively; we receive only your name, email, and a token proving who you are.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your email address, name, sign-in methods, sessions, and push tokens. Your username remains visible in the history of leagues you played in, marked as deactivated, so that other players’ results and records stay intact — this is disclosed in the app before you confirm deletion.
